RV Mahaythi is the first ever tourist class boat introduced Yangon river sightseeing cruises since 2006 October. It started with day cruise tours to Twante and Yangon River sunset cruises on daily guarantee departure basic. Up on completion of our second vessel RV Mahaythi-02, we have extended our operation by running overnight cruises to Ayeyarwaddy Delta Area on charter basic as well as regular departure basic. Unfortunately, our frist boat was destroyed in May 2008 by Tropical Cyclone Nargis. Then, we have replaced her with two smaller boats named RV Mahaythi-01 and RV Mahaythi-03. |

Amara Group Myanmar was established in 2001, and the group launched the first project, the Amara Resort in Kalaw, east of Inle-Lake in the Shan Mountain. When we visited Kalaw for the first time in the 1990s, we were amazed and impressed by the old colonial buildings still standing, the friendliness of the local people and the fascination of Kalaw and its surroundings. We continued our projects in 2003 with our first luxury cruise boat. In order to respect the country's traditions we bought one of the beautiful teak boats that usually carries goods along the river and transformed it meticulously it into a luxury boat with 7 cabins , cruising mainly between Mandalay and Bhamo, the most intresting part of the 2000km long Irrawaddy river and where other boats are not able to cruise, due to the shallow water. The trips are unique. |

The Road to Mandalay is the most luxurious craft of its kind on the Ayeyarwady River. All 66 cabins aboard the river cruiser are beautifully appointed with air-conditioning, ensuite bathrooms and facilities that guarantee your comfort and add to your pleasure. Besides the 28 superior cabins the ship features 38 more spacious State cabins. Twenty-four hour room service is available. The cruiser has a small on-deck swimming pool and a magnificent canopied observation deck where you can sit in the shade as you take in the sights. It is also a delightful retreat in the cool of the evening. |

RV Yandabo is the latest small luxury cruise ship on Ayeyarwaddy river. She doesn't have much history behind but will grant you to enjoy high standard service and a level of service that is out of the ordinary. Yandabo is the name of beautiful pottery village, historically recognized for the signing of the Yandabo Treaty which took place under a tree on the river bank in 1826, between the British and Royal Burmese House-hold of Ava.The Yandabo is built for passenger's safety and comfortable as beautiful design in promenade and fine dining room. |
